Returns Policy

• Returns:
  We aim to provide you with the best possible purchasing experience.
  Please take the time to read through our policy before purchase:
  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
  If returned within 30 days of the purchase, we shall give you a refund or an exchange subject to the following conditions:
  The refund/exchange will not include return postage/shipping costs.
  Always contact us prior to returning your purchase and we will usually require a picture/video for us to understand the reason or problem you had with your purchase.
  Please provide us with as much detail as possible for us to fully understand what went wrong. We endeavor to provide tried and tested products to our buyers and we use the pictures/videos to either enhance our product or to prevent these issues from re-occurring. All returns require tracking details to be sent to the sales representative handling the query/return. Any parcel returned without us receiving tracking details from the buyer shall be rejected. Our listing information will usually have pictures/measurements/sizes/part numbers that will ensure that you are purchasing the correct part.
  We will not be responsible for the following circumstances:
  Our parts must be installed by someone qualified and with sufficient knowledge to correctly install the part that was purchased.
  CV Joint Boot kits and rubber boots – carry no warranty.
  Complete CV Joint Kits that have not been sufficiently greased prior to installation or if the rubber boot has been damaged during installation shall void the warranty and no refunds/or returns will be accepted. Driveshafts that have been installed into vehicles that have been raised or modified will void the warranty and the return will not be accepted.
  We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. When we receive your return, it shall be inspected by our returns department and we will inform you of the outcome within 3-5 business days.
  We are not allowed to provide our personal contact information via eBay as per eBay’s policies.
  All communication must be done through eBay. Please follow eBay’s Policies and the channels that they provide. In the unlikely event that you have a grievance or if you have a query, prior to escalating the matter; we would greatly appreciate that you make contact with us through eBay, so that we can try to attend to and resolve your query as fast and efficiently as possible.
  Important Shipping Notice: If you have made a purchase but wish to cancel the purchase, please inform us as quickly as possible. In most cases, we ship within the same day that the part is purchased. Couriers do not collect over weekends – any purchase made after mid-day on Friday may only ship on Monday. We generally do not accept a change of delivery address to the one specified on the buyers account profile. However, if we decide to and only at our own discretion, agree to ship to a different address as per a buyers request, under no circumstance shall we accept responsibility for the part “not arriving” at the new address provided by the buyer.
