This complete boot kit includes the following:
- high speed rubber boot
- front cv joint cap
- gasket
- bolts
- snap ring
- tie washers (bolt spacers)
- boot strap
- grease
– Also known as the “8 bolt” or “8 hole” cv joint as it takes 8 bolts instead of the more common 6 bolt type.
– Jeep do not sell these boot kits seperately. You are forced into buying a whole new driveshaft when you can save hundreds of dollars by just replacing the damaged boots.
– This boot kit fits either front or rear driveshaft. See image attached.
